The Construction of a split level three-storey apartment block.
Traditional construction was utilised with a steel frame at roof level to form two penthouse apartments.
Due to the existing site levels, the building stepped 1.4m in the middle which, as the foundations needed to be piled, resulted in the need for cantilevered ground beams and retaining walls to three sides of the structure.
